Haze? more like Ghost Train Hemp

Ok, so maybe the title is going a little overboard, because I've seen many great grows of this strain. Here's the thing, I got a six pack of the Ghost Train Haze #1, fems. I sprouted two and they showed preflowers in July, so it's been 9 weeks of flower, and I have to point out, one of them is the most vigorous, healthy, branchiest plant I've had in a very long time. The characteristics of this plant are so good in fact, I would rank it the absolute greatest plant I've ever grown, no lie. Only one problem.

NOT. ONE. TRICHOME.

I start the flowering calendar after I've seen enough preflowers to call it. In this case, I waited almost two weeks, so technically it's been in flower mode for close to 11 weeks. SOOOO MANY budsites, but no frost. Checked with the loupe, and nothing. It was like looking at a peach. Cut one bud off to see if maybe there was THC flowing inside, smoked it and nothing. The other plant is half the size, one bud structure with no branching, and same situation but a week behind.
Temps are 82, humidity 30%, light is 400 hps.
All organic, ph is 6.5, and I feed-water-water-feed. Tried upping nute intake, no change. went back to quarter strength. Now, this is run next to a 100% tropical sativa that started getting trichs at week 5.

Sorry for being so long. I'm very angry to be quite honest. I know many times the grower is at fault, but this is the only strain doing this. So my question is....should I cull them? I hate to do it after all these weeks, but as far as i'm concerned, at this point they are just stealing light and taking up space. Thanks in advance.

My Ghost train Haze's started getting frost at 3 weeks. What's your room temp at night?

Aloha.
Bummer to hear that.
If you got those from RD, that should never happen.
Also, and this isn't personal against you, just doesn't sound like you have that much experience. And that strain could be a challenge to grow.
You say organic, but it sounds like your running organic liquid fertilizer. What your medium, and what have you added to it?
Also when you said you cut a bud to see if thc was flowing inside, since none on outside, kinda tells me you haven't been doing this very lons, as thc doesn't do that.
sounds like you are hugely out of balance in your soil, or water source. Also that strain is most likely sensitive to full strength nutrient solutions. So even though you are giving plain water in between feedings, you might be locking them out when you feed them. Once that happens your pretty much screwed!
A strain like that produces huge amounts of resin, to have none, most likely means you are big time out of balance.
Check you medium ph.
