Ya with a 21 million budget for just football they should win. Hawaii football budget is 3 million,

U realize they r doin all this with all those sanctions still on em. What is it again I think they have 10 less full scholarships they can offer to recruits than they are normally allowed. At least this year we get to see em in a bowl game.
