Having trouble cloning, sugestions?

Ok so I've been having a fairly low success rate with my clones, also some of them root with in 10 days and others take weeks, they seem very stunted.

So I'll tell you the process I use, if anyone has any recommendations that would be cool. I'm not looking to re-design or buy anything else, just try to improve on what I got.

So I clean everything up with alcohol and take some cuttings a little bit under the node about 2-3 nodes down. Leave them in a cup of 6.0ish ph water that has a couple drops of super thrive in it. Poke a hole in my wet peat pucks dab the cuttings in rooting powder then slap em into those peat pucks. I put them in an incubator with 18 hours of light, i pour water with super thrive and hydrogen peroxide (couple caps in 5 gal) in the bottom of the tray to keep everything wet. I let the tray go dry (peat pots were still wet) because I thought they looked like they were getting too much water. Now everything is turning yellow, doesnt look very healthy. Any thoughts?

Should I just be misting the plants? or should i put water in the tray?
