Having an Issue with my seedlings (1st grow +rep for help)

So i have my seeds in a Propagation setup and it seems to be working the only problem is that it looks like my roots are trying to come out of the top of the plugs that I am using... I'm not sure if i should tweeze them out and put them into actual soil yet and keep them under the T5 cause i know its way to soon to put them in the tent with the 400w Mh. I appreciate any advice you guys give as always.

I would not mess with ur root system, plant them & leave them under ur T5 for 2-3 weeks (I leave mine a full 3 weeks) before putting under 400 MH

thanks for the advice however my question is more along the lines of...

I see a white protrusion from one of the tops of the plugs. Am i to the point to where i need to put them in cups with soil and leave them under the t5 or is this not a root but a part of the plant coming up (hard to think it would happen this quick).

I know its hard to see and apologize about the crapy picture. I didn't want to mess up the climate by opening to take a picture. but near the middle of the plug is the white protrusion im speaking of.

you can put seedlings under a 400 watt MH ANY time you want, MJ will sprout & grow in full sunlight which is 10 times stronger than HID light.

Yeah, you need to cover that white root with soil...it will find its way downward soon......I keep mine under T5HO for 3 weeks then move to 550W hps....

okay re-read ur 2 posts, no you do not at any point "tweeze" ur seedlings from ur plug to put into soil. People who use rooting cubes, plugs, etc. plant those right IN the soil; they should disintegrate within the soil & become part of it. Wait until the seedlings are fully above the plug a day or two & then plant in soil. Did that answer ur question(s)? Hope so!
