Having a problem with my propane regulater

My Propane regulator for my sentinel 10 burner is leaking, can I use a regulator for a grill or do i need a special low flow?

You might have to have a low flow, if the pressure is to much, it'll blow out the gasket or diaphragm.(not sure what its called) I have a propane heater in my garage and my regulator also took a shit on me. I learned the hard way to use an exact match to replace. Just my 2 cents, good luck man!!
