Having a big problem please help

so I just bought these clones less then a month ago . Put them in pots with coco watered them and feed them once (small dose of dubs grow and pro tekt ) then the problems started with the leaves burning and curling . So I switched to cfls and flushed them . Now they are like this . I can't figured out what's wrong with them .
