haveing trouble with lighting please help

ok well im going to be useing a new tent that measures 4/2/5 ft

the problem im having is
how many plants can i grow in the tent?
it will be a soil grow with 1 gallon pots if this helps at all

also what size light should i use to support the amount of plants ?

im sry if all questinons are noob thiswill be my second grow ever my first is curent and plant dowarfed so it stayed short and it flowering now but not expecting to get much out of it whenit gets closer to xmas im gonna takethe realy small buds off and quick drythem so i got a lil joy for the holidays

With a tent that small be ready for heat issues.
