Have you had a workers compensation case?

I've got a workers comp case going with sonic. Fell after slipping on ice on the floor of the deep freezer cause there was boxes everywhere... And I mean fucking everywhere.

I was reaching over my head and out to grab a box of hamburger patties. Well to say the least I loose footing and fall forward on my chest into a box.

2 boxes of meat fall on me. First
One was in my upper back area, kinda in between my shoulder blades.

Second one hit me in the back of the head. I got a lawyer but my experience with lawyers suck. I've been seen once. I've been to the er more than seeing doctors. They arent writing me narcotics. I'm just in pain.

We can discuss further but this joint is calling me...

Anyone with experience or know of... Anything would be appreciated.

lol I had workers comp a long while back.

We were moving fridges from one builsing to the next and someone else else in the building came around a corner quite fast and hit 2 of us with his car.

Best part of it all the guy who hit me owned a doughnut shop. I get free donuta for life off him.

All I know is I got a free ambulance ride and paid for a month. I would end up being fired for having another job the same time around. My union rep was a badass chain smoking newfie.

Drove me over thw cheque when it got worked out and offered me a job other places.edit: I was fired from the same company twice. But both were overturned**fuck ya unions** both were they just stopped scheduling me instead of handing me the papers.

Idk qhat I am on about.

your storage room shouldnt look like that seems like management wasnt on top of employee rotations and stacking

Oh I agree. But you can't sue your employer for negligence. Which is a crock of shit.

Wouldn't have fell if all this shit wasn't on the floor. But they aren't at fault... Ha

Good luck, bro. One thing's for sure, I'm not eating at Sonic ever again. Those fridge looks gross :spew:

You wouldn't eat at mostbolaces of you saw behind the scenes

Im no lawyer but boxes aren't allowed to be out like that..fire and accident if empty...6" off the floor if full anyway.
You already know that.
You can't sue your "own" employer for employee negligence?
Idk I'm certain a good lawyer will help you out.

I wonder if they alotted time off the line to appropriately break down boxes and clean or if it's just people running to and from the freezer when needed

Etc
