Hauling soil no more

I was at wallmart the other day getting some supplies and I came across this.

Now I know that hauling soil up to your site is a huge problem and a pain in the ass. Has anyone ever used this crap before to make soil.It's not jiffy cups but a soil mix. It would work great if all you had to do is add water to get soil and just mix it on site. I bought a bag for $2.30 from wallmart. Pretty cheap. Anyone have any info on these?

I think I'd sooner use coco if there was enough water readily available to hydrate it all.
