Hash, smash or trash??

What's up everyone? I got this bag in the freezer full of of trim and larf from a grow I cut down 1.5 years ago. I was hoping to get around to bubble hashing it within a few days after putting it in there but life had other plans and here we are. It's time I freed up the freezer space and I got the equipment for bubble hash as well as a rosin press. What do you guys think, should I hash, smash or trash it?

Quality is gonna be meh. It can be a great rainy day fund tho.

Fuck it, hash it and make edibles then if you’re worried. I routinely store my old trim and larf in my freezer until there’s “enough” to run. I made a double batch of gummies with the worst of it, and everyone that’s tried them loves them (myself included). Probably plenty of gold still left in that trim if you wanna work for it.

I pressed some store bought bud I found that was almost that old. The flower pressed 15% and was pretty good but very dark. Great for rainy day or just something to go to town on without burning up your stash.

This is assuming you already know it washes and presses well worth it? To test wash first but it might not press. Im sure u know already.

If it presses well to flower rosin and if you enjoy that Id do that. Idk why go thru extra effort for potentially darker stuff with less terps and active thc. Idk how well the freezer preserved that and if people do that just fine.

Idk if its trash idk if nasties could grow on it over time. If it looks fine and etc could go for it. I asked AI and it kinda said what I was thinking but could still be great. Im not used to freezing my flower and only test washed before, never washed.

I do flower rosin mostly and some dry sift rosin.

Oh shoot trim and larf woops. Yea if your into washing sounds a bit faster and easier. Im so used to flower rosin I get it done fast. You just get more out of it tho 5% roughly on a good day is impurities but still overall way more. Its just easier to achieve.

I dont grow larf and I dry sift my trim to rosin.

Yeah I don't expect the best results. Not that I have experience making hash other than scraping the rosin off my trimmers (this bag was supposed to be my first attempt at bubblehash), but I read somewhere recently that more than a week and the trichs burst which is what's making me wonder what the best option for processing would be at this point.
