Hash Press

Upgrading the low budget press that I currently have. I am considering purchasing either a Jack Ton or Piecemaker.

Any suggestions are welcome. Would like a comparison between presses. What do you think is the best press on the market is? What do you use? etc.

Thanks in advance!

i have yet to talk to anyone who has gone this far. i still hand press 200 grams at a sitting. i make 20 gram balls and it hurts my thumbs. i have tried small pressing method with limited results. any reports back on your end would be most helpful, for me anyways.

Im not an expert at making hash, but from my experience the more pressure you can apply to the raw material, the better the hash will be. More pressure will create a piece of hash with more trichomes per square inch. Its this logic that makes me lean towards purchasing a heavy duty Jack Ton Press. I dont think a piecemaker really compares to the Jack Ton when it comes to applied pressure, but Im not 100%. By looks alone, the Jack Ton looks to be a serious peice of equipment. Would like some confirmation on the useful life of the hydraulics in the Jack Ton. Still waiting on that...
