Hash Oil - Legal Status in US?

Hi,

In the UK hash oil is considered a class A drug along with heroin, cocaine, LSD etc (bonkers "logic" I know).

Is it treated any differently to bud or hash on the US?

pot in america is schedule 1 - up there with heroin and lsd.. so there is no harsher category..
i don't know for sure, but i assume law enforcement will weigh it in a different way than dried buds..

Sorry what I meant is that there is a distinction in the UK. Hash oil (class A) and grass, hash (class B). So you're saying that in the US, hash oil, grass and hash are all considered the same?

yes.. schedule 1 includes cannabis as well as THC, MDMA, LSD, DMT, Psilocybin, heroin.. schedule 2 is lesser and includes PCP, meth, and cocaine...
