I have some hash. How many grams of hash should I cook in 1cup of cooking oil in order to create a potent hash cooking oil?

grab a big pan and put some water on it, then put a smaller pan inside that. put on the inside pan however much butter you need to cook your recipe with... then add all your hash... =)

keep on churning with a plastic spatula until it doesnt look crystally.

you would totally degrade the hash by heating to the temps cooking oil are used at.

How do you get to that conclusion?

If weed can be lightly simmered in oil to extract the THC, why could the same not be done for hash?

I have some hash and I'm looking to do the same thing but can't find any straight answers.

You don't want it going over 200 F. Do a water bath, and warm the cooking oil to around that temp, add the hash, and let it simmer for a while.
How ever much it takes to get you stones is about how much you should addX the amount od doses you want.
In order to make sure the THC is orally active, it has to be heated to a good 200 F.
Example (Numbers not accurate)
If you smoke 0.25g to get stoned, then add 0.25g/dose. If you want to make a 12 peice cake, the 12x0.25=3grams.

the standard is 1 ounce of bud or bud trim to 1 pound of butter.

i get 10% back when i make hash so an ounce of bud is about 3 grams of hash.

so 3 grams of hash per 1 pound of butter.

you can convert the one pound into liquid measurements. i think 1 cube is 8 tablespoons and there are 4 cubes per pound.

it looks like 32 tablespoons of oil to 3 grams of hash.

or we can go even lower and round it off to about 10:1.

10 tablespoons of cooking oil to 1 gram of hash.

:)
