The hormones in the plant have changed already and your clone will be slightly different than your original. The leaves will look funky for a couple weeks. Hopefully the next set it develops are healthy. Once you see the plant produce normal looking leaves it's safe to assume she is resetting herself. I would recommend 24 hours of light and zero darkness to encourage "genetic reset" but somtimes it won't work at all. Try feeding her some No Shock from Advanced Nutrients also. We had a cherry kush plant that got cloned from during bud. I didn't want the plant anymore but a patient really wanted a clone so we cut her a couple. The plant never was the same as the original. It always took longer to finish and was never as good as the original in terms of potency and flavor. The clone was very vigorous and harvested heavy like her mother but it was different medicine. On the other hand I was at a friends garden and he trimmed off some lowers of a haze plant and I took it home and cloned that bitch with great success and the medicine I grew came out better than my friends original. He was PISSED that I succefully cloned his plant after it was blooming and the cut laid on the floor for an hour and in my backpack for most of the day before I dipped it into cloning solution!
