Has anyone used Parasitic Wasp..?

Im wondering if anyone has use parasitic wasp in their outdoor cannabis garden. Every year i have some problems with Aphids and always looking for ecological ways to control them. I have done some research on the wasp.

What i want to know is that do the aphids that are infected attract and fungus/mildew any kind of mildew once dead? And do you have all these nasty dead aphids on your flowers.
