Has anyone heard of the insecticide called SAF-T-SIDE?

I just picked up a quart of this stuff at my local hydro store. It is an insecticide, fungicide and miticide. It consisted of 80% petroleum oil. Has anyone tried SAF-T-SIDE on their plants? I am in my second week of flower. This product says you can use it up to a day before harvest. I will be using it for a white fly and fungus gnat problem. I will let you guys know how it works for me. Please any feedback on this product would be greatly appreciated.
