Has anyone experienced this before?

They look fine.
I do see that your tips are ever so slightly burnt, indicating the plant has enough nutrients and at this present time doesn't need anymore.
Do you have sufficient air circulation?

I do I have an exhaust with a fresh air vent as well as fans inside
 
Try not to overthink your plants - growing pains happen. Plants will need time to acclimate in the medium you are using - carry on.

Flushing can also make problems happen especially if it didn’t need it.
