I've been looking for a good but cheaper way to increase terpin in my plants if u have used this product please leave me some feedback about it or if u know of any other cheep way to increase terp production please inform me thank you happy growing

Yes but I do not believe it is as effective as its claimed to be. When I used to use it I noticed the smell of my plants increase and a citrus undertone. Does that equate to higher terpene production? I honestly couldn't tell. Now I run just organic soil, water, and the occasional compost tea and my buds are just as dank as with the terpinator if not more so. The active ingredient is Langenite I think. I'm not saying it's crap but you certainly don't need it to get terpy resin from your plants. There have been several threads on this here's one check it maybe can help you decide:

I used it in my last co2 sealed room. At week 8 (I run 68/69 day flower cycles) when I do water only, I couldn't controll the odor with 1x 70# carbon scrubber w/8" fan. Had to buy a 2nd scrubber to controll the odor. My chaos responded very very well to terpinator. So well, rolling papers were not needed but a straw to sniff the trichs. Some strains respond better to terp than others.

This is interesting.

I was under the impression those citrus and other undertone smells bud can have are from terps...so a noticeable citrus undertone that's not normally there would mean the additive increased terps?

Different strains have different terps, and diff terps have diff flavors and smells and medical qualitys.... Isn't citrus a specific terp? As in coffee or berry smelling terps?

I can look up the specific name for the terp that has a citrus flavor/smell profile if you want.

Am I wrong about all this?

I'm not saying it doesn't work; it does increase smell for sure but you do not need to buy a product to achieve the same level of terpene production in your plants. Letting the plants fully mature while keeping then healthy is just as effective and of course quality comes with exp. Try it out & see how it goes for you; I dumped my bottle out years ago

I'm not debating you, just building knowledge bro, just trying to always expand my knowledge

So have you dialed in your grow to get the citrus smell (limonene) to be there without the additive? Limonene is good for weight loss, to prevent and treat cancer, and bronchitis. Its good for salves and ointments as well because it help it penetrate into the skin easier.

All kinds of sents and flavors heads are missing out on in their flowers. Time for peeps to get there tri-fecta on!

Like I said, my room smell pretty much tripled vs my previous 4.5 years of growing. Adding a 2nd 70# carbon scrubber to my.sealed (now back to an air exchange) barely managed to controll the odor outside my building. I ran 2x u0f scrubbers and 1 400 scrubber with a 6" fan for 4 days when I was trimming. Didn't really help to eliminate to odor completely, but did the trick.

If you're looking to increase your terpenes then obviously you're looking to increase your fragrance. There's other ways to go about that expecially harvesting correctly but if I may also add, cooler Temps in the last two weeks will help them not burn off imo . Also dry very very very slowly...
