In Dec 08' this guy I know, seen my cousin & I pull up & go into a club, we stayed inside maybe 3 or 4 min max, but when we got back in my car I noticed my dvd player was slightly pulled out the dash, so I pulled off & told my cousin to give me the gun from under his seat, after about 10-15 sec, he's & still looking around, I pulled over, got out & looked myself & it was gone. The next day I made a police report which was christmas day, a couple wks later a dude tells me what kind of gun I had, what it looks like & told me it had a laser on it, the bad thing about it is, he had never seen it b4 it was stolen from me, then he says that his cousin said that he stole it out my car, but he thinks that his cousin was arrest for a home invasion & 9 counts of attempted murder, that was Jan 09'. Today a lady knocks on the door with papers in her hand & says that its a subpoena, but as I was reading it,I noticed the name of the guy who stole my gun, & at the bottom it had, CHARGES; 1st Degree Murder; 8x Attempted Murder, Trafficking;Rec Stolen Prop, & that I have to go to his trial Oct 1st get it back, or if a plea is reached b4 that day I will be contacted to come get it. & this entire time I thought my bestfriend was surely gone 4ever.

Our house got robbed and they took my dads guns n shit. A few of them turned up in a pawn shop the rest never seen. Mostly shotty's and rifles.

Not sure I would want a pistol back that had been in that guys possession. I am assuming it was not the actual murder weapon since they are turning it over to you.

From how the DA talk, my gun wasn't used. when I spoke with him he asked what did Iknow about the defendant, I said the only thing I know is that he stole my gun out of my car, & he replied,"U just put the icing on the cake". So the way that I see it,,,, its more about stacking the charges up, thats the reason he's being charged with receiving stolen property instead of theft, & also thats why they want the officers statement that arrested him with the gun & my statement saying that it is my gun.

Not stolen, but I have a 9mm that has been taken from me by 4 diff LEOs and had it returned each time.

That firearm will never be sold as it now has several "ID" evidence ## engraved into the barrel.:finger:

But it is still mine.:-P

You got lucky!

My buddy did.
His roommate stole it, and a week later killed himself with it.
He got it back a month later. It was even unreg. With the right state.

What do you mean need one? by the time you "need one" it will already be too late lol.
weve become so detatched with ourselves, we dnt even know our bodies are loaded with antibodies, that can take on most of what they are dealt. i feel like taking antibiotics will just reduce the need for my body to make more antibodies, ultimately making it harder for your body to fight off infection. (im no scientist or biologist so dnt quote me on this, but im pretty sure there a good amount of truth to it)
