Is it quiet? The Guy at customer Rep said about the same as a PC fan. Are you satisfied with it? Does it do a good job at flowering?

My grow box is 2x2x4 so it should be more than enough. Even over kill but I can expand if I want

Yep its fairly quiet. I've been vey satisfied with it, the results in flowering are excellent. It will rock your 2x2 without a doubt. I have some old journals around here somewhere showcasing it.

Scrog or sea of green are what I'd recommend for working with 4 feet in height. The light comes with hangers that are about 10? inches long so unless you rig up something shorter, you'll really be looking at closer to a 2x2x3 space and that will suit either method of grow well. Keep us posted even if you go with a different light, always love to see some new led grows.

Getting the XML 150 for sure. Love the Cree white leds. Apparently they are to imitate a HPS hopefully it does. Can't wait to get this light

Mr. Ganja: I saw your posts re someone trying a DS200 and would greatly appreciate answers to a couple of questions. I have a DS200 (never used before) in a 20x30x60 tent, growing 2 plants, each in a 5 gallon felt bag, inside a hollow bucket so the bag can get air on all sides. Medium (which I never used before so jury is still out) is TGA Supersoil (50/50 according to their directions). Plan on doing a SCROG due to limited height, needed distance from light, etc. In the past I grew in Hydro (flood and drain). So here are the few questions I have: 1. is the DS200 sufficient for veg through flower without additional lighting, in that size tent? 2. what have you found to be the optimum distance above canopy during veg and flower for our DS200 grows? 3. Have you tried the DS200 strictly in hydro or have you used with soil? if so, does the veg stage take a lot longer in soil than in hydro? Don't want to overload you with questions, so that is it for now, but any other advice you care to give is appreciated.
