harvesting seeded flower?

So let me preface this by saying this is just a experiment I decided to do with some clones I took from my actual grow. Anyhow I decided to see if I could successfully flip a female to male and generate feminized seeds. got my hands on som STS and gave it a whirl. And man did she turn so now I have two females I left in a tent with my female/male and they appear to be loaded with seeds. My question is what would be the best method for collecting said seeds. I’m ok with not keeping the flower as buds as my wife will make tincture or butter with the flower I’m just curious if there is a way to extract the seeds without completely destroying the flower. Any thoughts?

After trim, you can place the branches into a paper bag and give em a shake to knock the loose ones off.. you can sift thru and snip the other pods out with trimmers.

You're going to have to break up the buds to get all the seeds. I just use a tray and tilt it so the seeds roll to the lower end while using a card or something to manipulate the weed allowing the seeds to roll down. The seedless weed can be used for making tincture and butter as it's just broken down flower minus the seeds.

Or you can just take them out as you smoke the weed.

After you harvest your seeds let them sit out for a couple weeks and then store them in airtight containers for longer viability.

I bought a bunch of these 3 inch half inch diameter tubes for storing seeds.

when I sit them... what should the place be like?
Opened air or air tight ??
