Harvesting Help.....

Hey RIU help me out with this question. I have a Blue Venom that has been flowering for 7 1/2 weeks,I checked the trichs this morning and going by them it seems to be done. 70% cloudy 20% amber.
My question is, on this plant the hairs are all still white. I know it is crossed with WW, but I have never grown that out before.Is this normal? And should I just the cutdown by the trichs or the hairs on this strain?

you're probably really close to harvest. i've read somewhere that the WW may be ready before the pistils turn red. GL

Are you looking at the trichs on the sugar leaves, or on the calyxes? I wouldn't cut it myself, judging it by time and hairs, but it is strain dependent...so, check out as many grows as you can and see if anyone else had red hairs at harvest....

Nah...I just typed Blue Venom strain review into google, and the very first hit shows a bud with mucho red hairs. I think your's is a little undercooked...here's a page that looks about right, and shows a good fresh bud pic

you need close to 2 weeks...id say 10 days or more....
