harvesting help?

This is my first year growing so im not that expirenced. I planted april 2nd outdoors and just about 2 weeks ago they started to bud. The plant really isnt that meaty but it has white and red hairs on it. Can anyone give me any hints or tips when to harvest?

well definitely not yet.
If your plants only started flowering 2 weeks ago you probably cant even see any buds yet can you? Most Indica strains take around 7/8 weeks to fully flower and most sativa strains can take anywhere from 12-16 weeks.
what strain you growing? and are you in the UK because my plants started flowering two weeks ago too!

i can see small buds and where more are coming in and trichomes everywhere, but nah im in ths U.S

If you're cheap wait for 70-80% of the hairs to turn red, if you're not buy a 30x magnifying glass and wait for until the trichomes get cloudy but before they go amberish. If you want more of an up high harvest before they get cloudy and if you're looking for the couchlock harvest cloudy to amber. Hope I've helped.
