Harvesting and Drying

Terrible timing but my plants are about to be ready to harvest in the next week or so. I am counting on my plants being ready to harvest the day I leave for a week. I was wondering if anyone knew a good way for me to let my plants dry but without risking loosing them all? Since i am gone for a week no one will be able to watch the drying process. Any sure ways to not get mold? let me know

i would put them in a dark closet with a fan blowing and at least 70 deg they should b fine unless u got huge colas if ur real worried take them off the big stems

What about humidity? I am growing them in the closet and its hard to keep the humidity down when im around to open the closet. Do they need to be in a sealed dark room? Should i just hang them whole or as single nugs?
