Harvest to soon??

So i chopped down two of my girls a few days ago and decided to let the last one go a couple more days cause the crystals were still pretty clear...Well growth exploded over thoughs extra days with new hairs and the buds all got like little top growths of calyxes that look like fingers on the top of the buds with new hairs..Should i have waited on my other girls??? I chopped them almost 9 weeks in flower (indicas) I guess im answering my own question in my head right now but wanted some opinions..
