Harvest Time?

Can anyone tell me how much longer they think we need before it's time to harvest and they are 38 days into flowering and some are 25 days into flowering...Thanks for the help!

I'd say 3 weeks.. Those buds need to swell up some and the pistals are still white.
Get a scope and check the trichs in a couple of weeks. The pics look great by the way.

Does anyone know any quick ways to flush our babies. Situation, we have some in our hydro garden that are ready and some that aren't. Will flushing all of them hurt the ones that aren't ready? And can anyone see seeds in our babies? I just pulled off what appears to be seeds although we thought that we captured the boys in time!
