Yeah I'd wait, but if nasty weather on the way.. pull pull pull!
It's entering the window of 'acceptably done' I'd say, but just. Another 2 weeks is probably ideal if you can hold up.
Note: my opinion is just that... I can't back it up with a lot of experience, so here's a grain of salt to take it with - .

Assuming the above pictures are current, you have closer to 4 weeks in good growing conditions but you'll probably be forced by weather soon to harvest early. Let them go as long as possible, you'll end up with a much better product if you can wait 2 - 3 weeks at least.
