Im gonna say final dry weight of 12 grams total cured.Looks like they got chopped few weeks early no color to the hairs at all.

I think he was outdoor, he said he was only getting 6 to 7 hours of direct light a day. Guerilla grow style.

you know there are ways of sayn things without putting another person down.
it does look like this plant was pulled early tho. but the strain the lights and numerous other factors determined a smaller yeild.
