Harvest advice

On my first real grow and I need some advice. I have two plants one is healthy the other is not so much. I'm picking died leafs off It (the sick one) daily and it's looking more ripe than the other plant. Today is week8 of flowering and I've been flushing for 2 weeks I'm thinking about harvesting the sick plant tomorrow in fear it will die on me soon and also having high humidity problems so having the plant out while the other is still going would help. Its at about 50cloudy 40clear and 10amber. Would harvesting the one plant now make sence? Should i just wait it out? Should i chop part of it off?

Bad pics but good enough to tell those plants need another week or two. Trichs mean shit if the plant is not finished and trichs are the last thing you check. All those hairs that haven't turned brown/curled need to do that before checking the trichs.
