HARSH, YOU SAY?............

The above laws happen to be the Immigration Laws of "MEXICO!"

Are we idiots??

A couple of years ago there was an entire neighborhood (probably about 1,000 residents) where US ex-patriots lived that was taken by the Mexican government. They just kicked the people out. Didn't pay them for the property or anything. Contrast that with the way the Mexican government expects us to treat their citizens that are here as illegal aliens (the Americans were in Mexico as legal residents). They demand we don't even restrict them from renting apartments, and give them free education and healthcare.

Hey Dankster ...

As long as they can still buy real estate, I'm good to go with your program. Just call me a special interest or something like that.

Bad? Hell no ... this is MY kind of market, Dank. There is so much opportunity to help people now it isn't funny. All the folks who came into the business in recent years haven't a clue on how to survive, let alone SELL. They are dropping out of the business like flies, going back to the machine shops and waitress jobs from whence they came. Downturns in markets can be looked at in two different ways ... either negatively, or positively. I look at it positively. What the buying and selling public needs now are professionals with the skill level to help them. For those who have it, and can honestly help people get whet THEY want ... the money will always come.

I would think it is immoral to sell to people who are here illegally. Or at the very least Illegal in it's self.
But then again, I lived in California and most of the property is over valued anyway.. If we go into a depression or recession (which ever comes first) those property values will drop and it will be the Homeowners who become the losers.
