The EC/TDS conversion factor is user selectable as is the temperature compensation coefficient.

To get EC select till you get the 4 numbers again. It should have a small symbol that says u s on right part of display above number. That is your EC. Example the numbers say 1934 divide that by 1000 and you get 1.934 so 1.9 is your EC. Easiest is just to take number and move decimal 3 places. I hope I helped you.
 
Thank you... I think that I will just bring it back to the store I got it from and have them give me a class on it... I recently learned about the conversion factor. I was burning everything at half dose, or what I thought was half. I found a copy of the table.
