Hi, I started growing earlier this year and I think i'm finally catching on. I have one plant that was planted on 3/20, and i have 9 more 5/25

I have a 400watt HPS light, 12/12 light cycle. Distilled water only. Cheap dirt from the store. I spray the leaves with diet tonic water.

alright, right now its 36 inches from the plants, how much closer should it be?
Thanks, if it werent for bad luck i'd have no luck at all though im afraid :)

stop spraying with tonic water!!! That has as much corn syrup in it as a coke, I would think it will suffocate the leaves with the residue left on it. What are you feeding them?

I have A 430W HPS (Son Agro) setup and my plants tops are about 16" away from the top. Once I moved it closer, growth improved insanely. Hope this helps.

Oh, and have you started feeding nutes yet? Might need to start that soon since your soil is probably drained of all the goods!

that tonic water diet or not is leaving a residue on the leaves, making it harder for transpiration to occur, honestly your plants look bad. You should stop with the tonic water!!

Okay. I'll lower the light and stop using the tonic spray.

I started giving the 3/20 one nutes. i gave about 1/4th of what the directions said to. 10.15.10 nutrients.

and the plant immediately curled up and is looking bad. i dont know what to do.
I flushed the soil. now i have it just trying to air out and. i could really use advice. I cant do this.
