Half my plant looking sad as

Half my plant looking good as the other half looks sick as what’s going on, I have a small split in a knuckle on the main stem wrapped up and supported been like this for couple days now

Why is the plant wet,spraying is not a good idea.Give it time it should heal up and keep growing.
