hairs burned off imature buds

so im on my first grow. i have 30 plants under 2 600w lights. 50 percent of the buds have little hair on them and look black and shrivled on the ends. i will post pictures tomorrow... anyone seen this before?

Without a pic, I would say you burned them with the light. It's too close. Put your hand under there for at least 30 seconds - if it is uncomfortable on your skin, it will burn your plants.

i dont think its the lights becuase most of the top buds are fine its on lower buds and smaller plants??? ill post a pic when my lights come on tonight

Do you have a male in the room? You could have a pollinated plant

yes when we first started flowering i figured i could start at the same strength as the grow nutrients and burned them.... is this still side affects becuase the buds are affected last, right?

nope no male in the room all females. im in 3 1/2 weeks into flowering do you think they will come back?

they should be able to come back since youre not too far into flowering. Maybe back off the nutes a bit. And for pictures, go to advanced and manage attachments then upload the pictures

If your fans are blowing directly or oscillating on them. then the wind will be pulling out moisture. Try moving your fan's from the canopy to just above or below and a bit further away....
