Hair Question

I believe I am about four weeks into flowering my first plant and a few of the hairs are starting to turn red now. Is that normal and at what point do the hairs normally begin turning red? This is my first grow and I've made a lot of mistakes along the way. My plant is currently getting over a case of nute burn. I got a lil carried away with the pro bloom. It's also quite stretched. My buds look healthy and are covered in crystals but their still small. I'm just a little worried that the hairs begining to turn red may mean that they are about to be done soon. Im definately hoping they will get bigger first! Even if they don't get much bigger will it still be good shit as long as it is covered in crystals?

Sometimes pistils turn color early and its no indication that they are close to finishing. They also turn color and shrivvel up when they get pollonated. Are they any males around? Is there any chance you might have burnt them with the light?

There are absolutely no males around and I'm pretty careful with my lights but I did recently give them a real good case of nute burn.
