Had to cut off my lights

Had to cutoff my lights for almost 3 hours today bc we had people over at the house. I turned them back on so they can have 3 more hours of light before lights off.

Im running a veg box and a flowering tent now. Lights were off for almost 3 hours in each. Is that ok?

in veg yes but with the flowering keep em on the same schedule the dark wont hurt it light will

remember its the dark hours in flower

Cool so it would be bad if I left the lights on too long in flower but I just gave them more dark so its ok?

What? No I had to shut my lights off for almost 3 hours today. After that, I turned them back on and continued my lighting schedule as normal.
