I upload them from my camera to photobucket.
Once in photobucket click the picture and copy and paste it here.
Im sure they are other easier ways but thats the way I do it ... good luck

instead of doing a quick reply...go to advanced. then click the picture option w/ a palm tree on it
then click "select files" on the bottom tab...and find the picture you want from your files...then click upload picture, hope that helps.
