Im pretty sure ive been mis using my bat guanos. What stages are best for each NPK guano?

It depends on the origin and NPK levels of your guano.
Vegetation needs basically N, flowering needs moar PK less N. The plant benefits of NPK throughout pretty much all of it's life, underfeeding and overfeeding is recognizable and treatable.
