plant about to be week & 5 days
ph 6-7
cfl 65k veg lights 4 plants 6 lights 100watt
other 3 are seedlings
1 is a week & 5 days
no nutes yet
temp 77-81
24/7 light
yellow spot where i dropped some water on it

any thoughts?
Should i just give it time?

What's the distance between the light and the plant? Your ph should be in the neighborhood of between 5.5 and 6. Is the plant in the pic at 2 weeks? If so you should be on a feeding schedule. Other than that everything seems normal, plant looks healthy.

almost 2 weeks light about 5 inches

Yep is just start giving them a light feeding. I feed my plants on the schedule of feed,water,water
