Growth switch - Bloom switch spectrum in flower

Hi guys, new to LEDs, currently plants are in veg but soon to flower.
I have the growth light on at the moment. When going to 12/12 and after 10 days,
is it best to have
1. Growth and Bloom lights on,
2. Just the Bloom light on, (save on electricity)
3. Growth and bloom both on and near the end of flowering switch off growth and leave Bloom on to mimic the autumn season.

I have one of those they are great but
Both switch must go on during flower
I guess if you do that all you will manage is to slow down their growth while in flower
And therefore end up with a smaller overall yield

Keep both spectrums on.
