growth stopped. color fading. claw effect?

This is a mystery seed got from a friend everything was going fine till the light pattern changed outside so I brought it in and after 2 weeks it hasn't done much of anytthing. Looks like I spilled bleach on some of the leaves from what's going on. I just flushed it. Just incase nutrient burns is the case. My other 2 are doing just fine. I'm using a t5 florecent. Temp is 80. Humidity 65. 18/6 light. Constant airflow
 
I always though clawing was from too much N. My plants seem to claw all the time but it does not seem to hurt the plant at all it just looks funny. As far as the bleaching goes that is usually from to much light.

Here's what you need to post to get quality help on your grow.
(1) Give images under metal halide or incandescent (no hps).
(2) Give complete synopsis in one post telling us all the details.
(a) substrate
(b) nutrients
(c) additives
(d) age
(e) strain
(f) environment (specifics on temperature swings, images of habitat, ducting, humdity, etc...)
(g) miscellaneous

Now you will have a chance of getting meaningful support because most people here would like to help you. Unfortunately without this info all we are doing is guessing. If you decide to use the wrong guess you may end up potless.
