hey.. the first pic is of my girl vegging, grown from seed.
the second pic is a clone from that girl vegging.

why are they so different? leaves are thinner, smaller and sharper on the clone.. is this normal? i did take the clones about 6-7 days after i started 12/12.. could that account for it?

thanks for any insight.

the mother just seems to be more mature compared to the clone. give the clone some more time. there are so many factors tho, impossible to keep them all constant.

There is no dought that growing from seed gives you a far healthy plant and root system.Growing from seed takes longer but it is worth it in the long run.Buy regular seeds if possible so you can hand pick the females out knowing that these are 100% female.Femanised seeds come from a hermi plant that producess fem seeds so get hold of a true female far better genetics. But on the other hand a clone can be taken at around 3/4 ince tall and with in one week i always have the plant holding firm to the cube. With in two week the roots are showing through the bottom.Once these clones are put into a hydro system or a soil mix with perlite the plants will fly off in height.Bot means are good but if i want a new strain i will never ever buy a clone of someone else like haveing unpretected sex grow the new strain from seed. But if you are gonna grow from seed then make sure that the seed company is well known to me there is only 2 greenhouse/sensi seeds also the one owned by derion.
