my plants r just over a week into flower and r nearly 6 ft tall im running out of room height wise ??????

you should have flowered them sooner, all I can say.

force them to take up smoking, or you can always do some selective pruning, either way it's going to be crowded for the flowering, and lots of space used up where lights could have been. Should have topped them too, unless you already did, in which case I hope they come out better than expected.

my mates meant to be the guy doin it ive got the room their in 12 inch pots and been cut back twice they just went mad lol

still got a good canopy he says we'll do well so we'll see,very strong

Start super cropping now to get the canopy down, you can recover almost 1.5' from this.

Expect upward growth for the next 5 weeks or so.

used boontabud it has slowed them down should be good now ill let u know thanks for your help
