All right campers,

This is what we are after :weed:

Spring is in full force and I am going to have some 1st class medicine this summer and you are all more than glad to come and follow along and see my grow in progress. I have been growing off & on for the last 10 years or so, all in soil. It seems just yesterday my friend gave me my 1st clone of Super Skunk, I had no idea what I got myself into.

So many years & stories later we arrive today to watch the birth and growth of some truly great medicine, I have arthritis in my left need from old sports injuries at the early age of 39 and I wanted something to ease the pain and from research I found this strain call Chernobyl from Subcool @ TGA seed Co.

I got a chance to meet the man earlier this spring at the Hemp / 420 EXPO at the Cow Palace in SF, CA and got to chat with him and Jorge Cervantes and had a great time and learned as much as I could with the time spent.

I ordered some Chernobyl and as a freebie from Speedy Seeds I got 3 Vortex seeds as well. I am also a Subcool's Super Soil and have been using for almost 5 weeks now with a couple different strain and I have had great success so far.

I started 1 Vortex & 2 Chernobyl seeds in germination using a method that has worked for me in the past using paper towels, plastic wrap and a glass plate.
I just sprayed the paper towel with water to make it moist the fold it on itself 2 times and put the moist paper towel with seed on the plate the cover with plastic wrap and put in a dark place and I will check it tomorrow to see how they are doing.

The reason we are just growing 3 is we are a valid medical card in holder and the legal limit is 6 where I live and since I have 3 ladies 4 ½ weeks into flowering I can only have 3 more plants. Beside I am small with the space giving and that may change in the future but we work with what we have so let’s get the party started

Strains :

TGA Chernobyl and Vortex

Medium :

Soil:
A combination of soils I have going now in the yard. I am going to start off with the in some very simple soil early in life for these 3 I hope they come to be mothers and supply me clones over the winter that will be here before we know it so I am planning way ahead

Lights: I may just put the outside for the 1st few weeks or so until I can come up with a cabinet for them, when they do go inside the will be under a 180 w UFO led until they are ready to step into the tanning both under a 400 HPS Hortilux bulb with a 5lb C02 tank that seems to run for ever.
Nutrients : I am planning on the soil to feed them what they need and use tap water that has been sitting for a few days to dissipate the chlorine and other bad things from the water and has been working very well so far
Please feel free to add your comments please keep them constructive and no arguing please we have enough problems with the man and other things in our lives for that kid stuff
Ok let’s see what we are working with

So this is my germination kit

I get the paper towel moist them fold it on itself 2 times the place the seed in the middle

then cover. I would normally separate them on different plates but I ran out of plastic wrap so I did a little stacking

And wrapped them up

Put them in a drawer until tomorrow when I check them, that's it for today. I am bushed and heading to shower & bed

Good night

That makes 2 of us Hooked, glad to have you on board

I hope it is as nice out where you are as this morning out here

Watching the end of last night B's hockey game looks like they are going to win this one. Great time of year, I am head out to the nursery soon to get some more vegetables to grow out in the yard, I have been on break for the last month or so from work with 2 fractured forearms so I have a lot of time on my hands and it is nice to get all this stuff done now while I have the time. I am heading back to work on the 18th of this month so I hope to finish out what I have in the cabinet by the end of the month maybe then focus on the new kids

Hooked,

Amazing games, the crowds are going nuts. I have some good smoke and I turn the surround sound in concert mode way up so it feels like your at the game, you can hear the people slapping the glass and the hits on the boards. Tonight's game is the Sharks & The Wings and I can't believe the red are down, I always said if you want to be the best in the west you need to go through team red.

I did check on the seeds today they are still hinding in their shells like scared turtles, I am sure they will poke up in the next day or so. I went to the nursery this morning and went crazy by some veggies to grow for the summer, there is nothing like having fresh veggies from your garden at dinner.

The corn is growing like crazy now, thing are looking good

And on the table here in the light green containers in the back is where the new girls are going in, and in the log box container is housing some carrots

And I used up some old containers and soil for my lettuce, I got a couple different kinds

It is a nice day in the garden

Mr Green,

I have only tried Applo13, I don't think you can go wrong with either one, I think it is a matter of preference at that point.

So I looked at the seeds today and while the 2 Chernobyl is still resting in the shell the Vortex seeds has hatched and will plant tomorrow morning I am hoping I can plant all 3

how was the apollo 13? i would run that if it didnt get too tall. maybe lst it. i like the sound of the black trainwreck so chernobyl is a must have. vortex sounds pretty impressive also. i might just have to run them both. thanks for the advice.

The B's looked good minus the missing defensive guys from injury last night and this is not your old Red Wings of the past. There is no more Russian line, or Steve Y to help out.
I am surprised Joe Thornton is helping out he usually falls flat this time of year, that's why we got rid of him. And it will be another great night of hockey.

So this morning I named the little guys as a tribute to the greatest artists of our time

The 3 Stooges

You can see Moe is ready to go he has been moved outside today, Larry should be ready in the next day or so

Along with Curly

You can see Moe here getting acclimated to the new pad

They will be hanging out on the backside of the other plants outside for now

Tomorrow I will show you folks some pictures of the Lemon Skunk plant, she is getting fatter by the day and has a nice lemon pine scent about her

Have a green day
