I need to switch to flowering as my white widow are almost 1/3 height of my tent(1'11"):eyesmoke: but my big bang have been realy slow as they are only 2weeks younger than my white widow but are only 4"-5" and have only their 1st pair of leaves (after fan leaves) just half out.:cuss:
Does anyone know how big bang reacts to being flowered this small, they are 3 weeks old.
Also, I aint ever had plants grow this slow, has anyone and if so what was the final result?
Any replies asap plz as I need to do this if I am at next lights off. cheers. :peace:

Seems you have finite space. I can't say this is the right move, but I would LST the widows and elevate the big bang plants to the top height of the widows and decrease their base height as they grow. Your big bang probably has banging roots about now. I bet they explode coming up soon. I have had similiar plants in the past. Once I kicked off into flowering it was like "where the hell did THESE plants come from!".
Other more HARSH thing would be to top the widows again (if you have not already) since your still in veg but still get ready to LST them.

I have a couple Crystal plants that are doing the same thing right now. SHOT up! They are soooo ready for flowering even after being topped twice. Only reason I do not is they were transplanted to 3g pots little over a week ago. I want them to get more used to their new homes before I flower. Maybe (and I can't believe I am saying this), my large Crystal plants will turn out male. Problem solved.

I was reading someones post who was saying he got 5/6 males from so called feminised himalayan gold, I got my white widow from the same cheap supplier and am worried I may suffer the same. What if 2 week say into flower I find out I have males, will my other plants be okay if I put them back to veg for 2/3 weeks or would the stress cause them to turn hermie?
