Growing shrooms outdoors?

Is it possible to grow shrooms outdoors? I assume so since its a fungus, I'm gonna be moving to Colorado to grow marijuana, and my entire 600 square feet of house is gonna be taken up by 120+ marijuana plants, I'm basically gonna sleep in the corner of the grow room, or get a cabin with a loft so I have a little room for my things, since I'm a minimalist I don't have much. I was just thinking it would be easier to grow if I had some kind of outdoor garden with shrooms in it, as I'm not sure if 3000+ watts of 9 band led would be good for the hongos? Is it a good idea or no bueno? I was thinking I could just pick a spot outside and fence it off from Sombra, as I don't need him getting high on anything other than his tramadol or cannabis. Do the shrooms need dark or light? Or would I just be overcomplicating things lol I'll probably start a cactus shroom weed garden this summer, at the very least i want weed and shrooms
 
You could create a little garden patch area that looks decorative. And also adds.a bit of camoflage. Then look around the web for tips. If needed. I've spanned journal of guys doing this on other sites. I assume this would be for yourself and friends?

I'm gonna do it. Fuck it... Whats a good forgiving strain for a guy who knows nothing and is willing to learn? And how long does the whole process take? I got a buddy who is willing to let me utilize his closet, but he's moving in 1.5-2 months. Is that enough time or should I just wait till I'm in Colorado? I'm hoping that later I'll get to the point I can clone them and take seeds from them, obviously shrooms don't reproduce that way, but I know weed, I don't know the jargon for shrooms, but yeah, what's something that would be forgiving (aka wont die from almost certain shroom abuse) for me?

Bulk, also can vary from one grow to another.

Buy the spores that interest you. Perhaps you are interested in where they were found (Tasmania... India). Perhaps they look unique (Penis Envy, Malabars).

But the differences in BRAND NAME CUBES are usually SLIGHT... and can vary greatly from one grow to another... even if you are using spores from the SAME print."

That's off a thread from shroomery. I don't think 2 months would be long enough for you to get all you can out of your cakes depending on how you're gonna go about it. The spores come from the caps of the mushrooms, when they get big enough they open up and drop spores that make your mushrooms all black and nasty lookin, you can collect them by placing the cap on a piece of paper for a good while and it'll leave a print
 
OK now it makes sense sporeprint... So I would take the cap off? Which would kill that particular mushroom? I'd be looking for phenos like what bruises the most what is the biggest and best looking one probably
 
You would just want to harvest the mushroom since it'll be pretty much fully mature once the veil breaks and the cap opens up, then you just cut the cap off. Most people prefer to harvest them before that happens

When exactly are you moving?
 
Yes, you can grow mushrooms outdoors, outdoors is actually a lot easier than indoors, because mother nature takes care of all your contaminates for you :) The best way to start outdoor beds is with contaminated cakes or grains and such from indoor grows! if you don't have that luxury you can always get spores inoculate some cakes or grains just let em colonize then toss em outside! My favorite part about shrooms, the mycelium multiplies like a tenth grade math class. a little tiny spec to like 10 quarts in 2 weeks if u want lol.
