Growing shrooms in baking pans

Does anyone have a link to a video or walk-through for growing from and inoculating substrate in those aluminum baking pans?

Just dump your colonized spawn in there, cover, wait two days then case

i use these grow in.. from walmart, get the taller plastic lid, i switched from 22gallon tubs to these after i got a contam now id rather lose 2-3 pint jars instead of 8-10.. i run mine with 60/40 verm and do awesome.. like canndo said, run jars then dump em in the pan and follow a tek... my only plus about this is i can run a bunch of little tubs instead of a couple big ones, if i contam i just trash the little tub, clear em all out of the area and clean the shit out of the room then put em all back in

Put compost into baking pan, cover with foil. Oven pasteurize. Let cool overnight. Mix in grain jar, cover back up with foil. Wait. Remove foil when colonized, spray lid and give light. Open lid several times a day and fan. Remove lid when mushrooms get too tall.
