Growing problems slow growth and pest

So i got one girl scout cookie and one blue berry here is a few photos let me know what u guys think seems to be growing slow. And i have little fly like bugs fugnat or what ever they are called just wanna figure out the best solution to fix these issues. I used a 600 watt mh as of now with six random cfls from my old grow dont know why but i threw em in. Any ideas or thoughts would help i also have some fox farm stuff i tried to put in and then big bloom and grow big might of caused issues there too a big rookie grower here just looking for help thanks guys

Well what are you feeding her and ppm ? Ph? Maybe lockout as for bugs fly traps and spary with garlic boil one whole clove and let it cool stran all extras out out it in spary bottle bug don't like the test of garlic I use this all the time

I just used tap water same as my last grow and it seemed to work i gotta go buy a test thing and imma do the garlic think tonight gonna hit the local store here in a sec just do a light spray do i have to spray with water the next day to wash any residue off or na? Just curious.

Purple stems, 2 strains, phosphorus deficiency. What are u feeding. What does the label say bout Phos?

Thats what i thought it might be after i was looking online but my new veg is green how it should be but i also added this to my soil as well after i noticed the purpleing and stuff also i just used a local soil from this shop nothing very good i bet imma look for the bag right now take a pic for you maybe its the soil.

IMO all soil is good if it is amended with sand and perlite correctly. Sand is the key to well drained soil. Learn to do a soil profile, It's easy, find one of my recent posts telling how to do it. If using plain soil I would spend the bucks and buy a 2 or 3 part fert. formulated for weed.

Yeah imma buy nice stuff next time i just upgraded too a 600 watt light and other stuff kinda tapped on the cash end next time ill have more to work with.

Fox farm is all I use 3 tbs per gallon on big bloom and 2 tbs per gallon on grow big every week for 10 weeks then flush last 2 weeks

Spinosad for pest.

They just need a good feed. Get a well balanced fert.

They need a dose of magnesium. Give them a dose of Epsom salt.

They also need nitrogen. Geed something that is balanced. 5-5-5 or 10-10-10. Doesn't matter as long as the numbers are close to each other.

They look ok and just need a little attention.

Alright ill do the epson salt thing and the 5-5-5 or 10-10-10 ill hit the store asap thanks man

And i do have these just gotta add em think i should just use tap water till i get my pm meter or buy some distilled water curious guys. I mean ive gave em tap water thus far let me nnow what u guys think thanks

And when u say dose you mean like mix a spray and spray em or what exactly would you suggest doing

The grow big will work. Mix at 1/4 strength to start.

Mix 1 teaspoon of Epsom per gallon of water next time you water.
