growing popscicle sticks?

Hey out there!!! Can anyone tell me how to grow popscicle sticks? They are just one big cola bud about 18" tall. Ive heard of this, and having a very small system, would love to hear more. A little help?

Grow them close together. Induce to flower when they are 8 inches.
Prune all side branches.

i was thinkin of doing the same thing. but im havin a hard time finding tall not wide pots.
