Growing lenthways

Hi all i have a question for you all i have my grow box setup it is 800mm wide 800mm deep and 700 mm tall i am using a 250w hps in a bakearound cooltube and i am wondering insted of using pots to grow in is it possible to utalise the width of my box and make a frame that is about 3-4 inches deeps to grow 2-3 plants scrog style? just trying to minimise height issuses

All you can do is try and debunk your own question...I personally think rootbound will be a problem, but I could be wrong and it could totally work...I would worry more about LST'n than the screen though (again, just me talkin).

Also, make sure your scrubber removes air fast enough to create negative air pressure in the room, otherwise it's not really going to help with the smell.

thanks alot man and yeh i was thinking that rootbound would be a problem so its why i asked and do you think that the carbon sheet will work? because i don't think the carbon i have is activated

That I'm not too sure about either...I got an all-in-one deal with my tent, so that is to say I've not used anything else than active carbon filters. If anything, again just try it out and maybe even throw some dryer sheets over the carbon to help mask it...makes the room smell great lol
